The staff, when we arrived, made sure we had a parking space on site which was very nice of them. The room was comfy and very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean! The breakfast was lovely and the staff team were wonderful throughout our whole stay.
Mum and I and pooch stayed here for 2 nights the place was very clean large areas for sitting sea views Xmas trees all around staff brilliant especially the waitress for breakfast sorry forgotten name she went above and beyond deffo recommend this hotel fab
Second time I've stayed.the staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble food was excellent plenty of choice for breakfast. Place could do with a tidy up and no wardrobes in the rooms..that said the staff work hard and are eager to please..I've booked again for April.
Amazing hotel, right on the seafront and next to the Venetian Waterways. I had a sea view over the sand dunes. Staff are all so friendly, helpful and happy. The room was clean and tidy, it's an old building so wear and tear marks were to be expected. The only issue was my room, Room 3, did not have WiFi. The signal seems to not reach into that room. The staff were brilliant in trying to sort it out. Meant I sat for longer in the restaurant. Food was spectacular, always came out piping hot and fresh. Quick service, with a smile. Delicious food and quite a few veggie options, including breakfast.
The Kensington Hotel in GT Yarmouth on North Drive was exceptional over Xmas. Had to find immediate accommodation after being locked out of Gables End Hotel due to closure. The Kensington is very friendly, helpful & understanding Cannot Thank this hotel enough. And above all is a great location to the Beach & all amenities.
Room was clean and freshly decorated,bed was comfortable. Water pressure for the shower was not strong enough,finding the right temperature was tricky. Breakfast was lovely,staff were welcoming. Location was perfect,WiFi was a bit intermittent. Overall,a good hotel at a decent price.
Lovely pet friendly hotel in great location. Friendly manager, very helpful. Good English breakfast as some other hotels serve continental only. Room was quite small but clean, need more hooks to hang the towels ( there was only one in the bathroom).
Well we was there last week just for three nights fantastic is all I can say, staff friendly, lovely breakfast, room clean and tidy and warm, plenty of parking, and most of all dog friendly with a dog friendly beach. Are first time there and will not be are last 10/10
